Through the SOAR Mentorship Program, Eagle Pathway connects youth with caring mentors who guide and support them as they transition into independent living. Mentors help build confidence, life skills, and positive connections within the community. This program is designed to create stability through consistent, supportive relationships that encourage long-term success.
Stockings of Love is Eagle Pathway's annual holiday outreach event bringing joy and support to families in need. Each year, we host a community Christmas dinner where guests receive meals, toys, and essential holiday gifts. This program helps create meaningful holiday experiences and brings comfort and hope to thousands of individuals.
Totes for Teens provides youth and young mothers with essential household items to help them start independent living. Participants receive totes filled with everyday necessities like cookware, bedding, and kitchen supplies, along with access to additional support resources. This program helps create stable, functional home environments for a strong start.
Eagle Pathway's Tiny Home Communities offer safe, stable housing for youth aging out of foster care, low income single parents, and unhoused youth in need. Residents also receive access to a resource center with wraparound support services. This program is designed to build independence through stability, guidance, and long-term support.
Let It Snow is Eagle Pathway's annual community event focused on supporting foster youth and families experiencing hardship. The event brings together food, entertainment, games, and activities for a full day of family fun and connection. It helps raise awareness while creating positive community experiences for local families.
Skills for Life teaches youth essential everyday skills needed for independent living and long-term success. Participants receive hands-on training in areas like budgeting, cooking, sewing, and self-care over a six-month program. This experience builds confidence and prepares youth for a stable and independent future.
Each month, Eagle Pathway hosts a supportive luncheon for single mothers and their children. Families receive meals, encouragement, and essential resources designed to support stability and independence. This program provides both community connection and practical support for mothers working toward a stronger future.
